3. Free Trial Class Offer

• The free trial class offer is available to new students only (one trial per child).
• The trial class is subject to availability and scheduling. We will contact you to arrange a specific class time.
• There is no purchase obligation associated with the free trial class. You are under no commitment to enroll after the trial.
• GD Jiu-Jitsu Academy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the free trial offer at any time without prior notice.
• Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the trial class.
• A parent or legal guardian must be present to sign any required participation waivers before the child can participate.

• You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your child's participation
• A separate participation waiver and liability release must be signed in person before your child participates in any class

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GD Jiu-Jitsu Academy, its owners, officers, employees, instructors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or personal injury.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of this website shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
